What a Year!
The expansion of our company with Simon Scheuer joining us mid-year has been a complete success and has propelled us forward very quickly. Our projects in the production and research sectors are becoming increasingly interesting, and we’ve now established a strong foundation for digitalization projects of all kinds.
Our concept is built on extensive experience and know-how in the electrical and automation sectors, as well as mechanical engineering, plant construction, and toolmaking. Without blushing, we can proudly say we have over 90 years of combined experience in particle foam processing.
Not pictured is Martina Schloms, who brilliantly manages the entire operational organization. We wholeheartedly thank her for allowing us to focus on the technical side!
We’re often asked if we’re a software company. Not really, because our approach is based on using Open Source software, and we ensure all data remains on our customers’ servers. We are data creators, working on a project basis, and our expertise lies in bringing Operational Technology (OT) to Information Technology (IT).
Our comprehensive portfolio covers the entire process chain. This includes everything from recording raw material inbound goods and step-by-step processing to final quality control. We enhance production by adding additional interfaces to capture both machine data and contextual data. Currently, we’re placing a special focus on the digital quality assessment of manufactured components, using tools like scales, measuring tables, and weld integrity checks.
